- Address customer concerns.
- Deliver expert technical guidance to customers, resolving their issues efficiently.

Amazon Technical CS Associaten Job Basic Qualifications
- Flexible Work Schedule (including weekends, nights, and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
