Dishwasher Job Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Loads, runs, and unloads dish machine. Properly stores clean tableware and kitchenware.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Prepares and maintains work areas, monitors dish machine water temperature and chemical usage, reports equipment malfunctions.
- General Cleaning: Cleans floors, walls, wash tubs, counters, shelves, and mop sink areas. Handles garbage and recyclables.
- Support: Assists cooks in storing food and supplies, unloads delivery trucks, and buses tables.
- Guest Service: Provides excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Dishwasher Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
