Maintenance Worker Job Duties
- Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, structures, and fixtures. This includes carpentry, painting, electrical work (replacing switches and bulbs), and plumbing (faucets, toilets).
- Operate motor vehicles.
- Work in various weather conditions.
- Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).
- Possess good communication skills in English.
Maintenance Worker Job Requirements:
- Experience with woodworking and basic shop math
- Ability to use common hand and power tools, measuring devices
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
- Good communication skills in English
