Finance Manager Job at Amazon Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational and business metrics and targets for AWS O2C processes.
- Lead business case development and analyze data to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders across the O2C process.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow, margins, and productivity.
- Support operational escalations to ensure root cause analysis and resolution.
Finance Manager Job at Amazon Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in identifying, leading, and executing improvements to financial processes.
- 5+ years of experience applying KPIs to financial analysis.
- 5+ years of experience building reports and data sets to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of experience working with senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
- 5+ years of experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel.
- MBA or CPA certification (preferred).
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) a plus.
