Flight Attendant Job Duties

  • Safety and Customer Service: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Cabin Service: Assist passengers with luggage, attend to those needing extra help, prepare and serve meals and beverages, and maintain a clean and professional cabin environment.

  • Communication: Make announcements, complete safety demonstrations, and provide clear instructions to passengers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
