Flight Attendant Job Duties
- Safety and Customer Service: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Cabin Service: Assist passengers with luggage, attend to those needing extra help, prepare and serve meals and beverages, and maintain a clean and professional cabin environment.
- Emergency Procedures: Respond effectively during emergencies by following instructions from the flight deck, performing CPR and basic first aid, and guiding passengers to safety.
- Communication: Make announcements, complete safety demonstrations, and provide clear instructions to passengers, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
