Iowa State University Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in wildlife ecology or a closely related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (undergraduate and graduate)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience (preferred):
    • Bird survey methodologies
    • Also Working with agricultural producers or just on private lands
    • Plant identification
    • Quantitative analysis

Iowa State University Scholarship Benefits:

  • A competitive stipend of $28,800 per year to cover living expenses
