Part Time Social Media Specialist Job Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to promote library services, programs, and events.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts) tailored to students’ interests.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
- Collaborate with library staff to share information and resources.
- Assist with additional library projects.
Part Time Social Media Specialist Job Qualifications
- High School diploma (minimum).
- Experience managing social media for an organization (preferably educational or library setting).
- Proficient in video editing software for social media (Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, InShot, VivaVideo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
