Studio Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the photography experience, from sales to delivery
- Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, hiring, training, and sales
- Manage team member performance and development
- Drive studio results in sales averages and customer satisfaction
Studio Manager Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years of supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience (preferred)
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport with children and adults
