Astrologer Job Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of astrology-based lectures, workshops, and classes for guests.
- Provide one-on-one consultations on lifestyle issues using astrological insights.
- Develop new curriculum and maintain existing programs.
- Manage class attendance and participate in other Miraval programs.
- Respond to individual guest needs, demonstrating knowledge of health, wellness, and community resources.
- Facilitate groups and workshops with empathy and clear communication.
- Practice and model mindfulness.
- Fulfill marketing requests, such as writing articles and blog posts.

Astrologer Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integrative health and wellness programs, ideally in a spa or resort setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in independent practice and/or facilitating groups.
- Knowledge of Eastern and Western Astrology (preferred).
- Polished professional appearance.
- Proficiency in email, databases, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable service skills and a knack for building client relationships.
