Part Time File Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Track and manage incoming paperwork: You’ll receive, track, and copy all incoming documents before filing and distributing them accordingly.
- Organize files:
- Sort paperwork alphabetically.
- Categorize documents based on content type, date, and importance.
- Store and maintain files: Properly store all paperwork in designated locations and maintain an electronic filing system.
- Data entry: Enter paperwork information into the company’s electronic system.
- Confidentiality:
- Follow data protection policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Quality control: Ensure documents are filed correctly and consistently.

Part Time File Clerk Job Qualifications:
