- Cash Handling: Tracks incoming money from parking lot cashiers, program sales, and cushion rental receipts.
- Verification: Verifies daily sales collected and maintains a revenue schedule.
- Change Management: Provides change for parking lot cashiers, box office, bowl store, and museum. Prepares change funds for the next day.
- Deposit Preparation: Prepares nightly cash deposits and balances the vault.
- Data Entry: Enters relevant data into spreadsheets for record-keeping and reporting.
- Reporting: Assists in generating revenue reports for the accounting department.
- Additional Duties: Performs other tasks as assigned.
