Pool Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Safety First! Monitor and enforce all pool rules and regulations, adhering to and enforcing all safety procedures.
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide a professional and welcoming environment for all guests. Greet new arrivals and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintaining the Pool Area: Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
Pool Assistant Job Requirements:
- Experience with customer service, lifeguarding, pool monitoring, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with pool cleaning and opening/closing pool equipment (highly preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physically fit with the ability to walk, stand, lift, and meet other physical demands.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Patience and compassion when dealing with others.
