Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Be the face of Diverse Lynx: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Keep things running smoothly: Assist clients in navigating the office, announce them as needed, and maintain workplace security through visitor logs and badge management.
- Master of many tasks: Assist with administrative duties like copying, faxing, taking notes, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting/training rooms.
- Communication is central: Answer phones professionally, route calls efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
- Team player: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and tackle ad-hoc duties that arise.
- Organized mind: Manage mail sorting and distribution.
