  • Provide administrative support to Teaching Assistants (TAs) including managing TA appointments.
  • Assist with enrollment support for graduate students.
  • Serve as Graduate Student Affairs Officer working with MFA and PhD students on recruitment, admissions, and completion of degree requirements.
  • Provide backup to other Administrative Coordinators in the Performing Arts department.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Work effectively with diverse staff, faculty, and students.
