Virtual Instructor Job Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in the biomedical industry and a bachelor’s degree or post-secondary training in areas like biopharma product manufacturing, quality control, immunohematology testing, or product distribution.
- Proven experience in virtual instruction, creating engaging and effective online learning environments.
- Expert user of virtual learning technologies (VC, LMS, multimedia) for creating engaging online instruction.
- Proficiency in using LMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners and create inclusive learning experiences.
- Patient, approachable, and supportive demeanor.
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and adept at multitasking.
- A continuous learner with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
